User Experience

User Experience design should, simply put, resolve the strategy. We should be able to see how the design will enable the behaviour we have decided upon. We should see how the story could be told (even if the content is still in production). We should see how the navigational elements are forming together.

We want to partner with you, to form a UX team. We need you to help us understand your audience, and your brand. We can’t do that without you, and so you are an important in our UX team. We guide you through the process of being in our UX team. Remember that this UX process is absolutely focused on the User. Not your MD, or CFO, or you “liking” the UX design.
