A new name, a new brand, and a new digital strategy
Spring Impact, formerly the International Centre for Social Franchising (ICSF), asked us to design and build them a new website to fit with their new branding.
Alchemy worked with them to build a successful and exciting digital strategy which would be critical to Spring Impact’s own plans to grow their consultancy, research and advocacy programme.
Spring Impact's new branding and identity gave us an opportunity to rebuild the website from the ground up reflecting the journey the organisation had taken since it's inception in 2011 and moving in a new direction whilst retaining core principles.
The design reflects Spring Impact's vigour and dynamism and renewed commitment to designing bespoke scale models in partnership with their clients by utilising vibrant and colourful accents combined with bold and fluid shapes to deliver the message.
"What was noticeable about Alchemy’s approach was that they actually listened to us. They didn’t try and push a certain technology or platform, nor did they put pressure on to add lots of bells and whistles that we didn’t need. This was about making the website work for us in order to achieve our business goals."

Features that Work
A key requirement of the new website was to reflect Spring Impact's rigorous, strategic and practical process combined with real life case studies and events which are supplemented with insights and articles.
Wordpress was chosen as the best possible platform to meet Spring Impact’s needs, enabling the company to easily and intuitively manage the content itself and retain editorial control.
Responsive design isn’t optional. Spring Impact knew that they didn't have control over the devices that people used to engage with them, so responsive design is a natural choice. It delivers an experience across all devices that allows the audience to easily consume their content.
