Bringing the brand online

TalkTalk’s brief for the new corporate website was that it must be clear, clean and highlight its brand, ethics and strength in the UK telecommunications market.

At the heart of it, however, it must focus on content; content that takes stakeholders (including investors) on a journey that they are engaged by and learn from.

Part of a larger story

Secondly we needed to ensure that site worked as a portal for TalkTalk to share its wider story, showcasing elements from various parts of the business, but also to highlight its CSR activities showing there is more to the business than just its balance sheet.

The site is now a hub for its focus on digital skills, digital safety and cyber security, as well as its customer awareness campaign, Beat the Scammers.
